We wanted to share this inspirational video clip that is being shown in Temple Visitor's Centers in Utah and Idaho. It shows scenes from the Life of Christ set to great music. We love it! We have been enjoying our study of the Gospels - as we begin Mark, the Gospel written for the Gentiles, we see a fast-paced story of the deeds and miracles of Jesus. This Gospel begins with his ministry and focuses on his power and ability to heal and save. One of my favorite scriptures from this morning, Mark Chapter2:16-17:
"16 And when the scribes and Pharisees saw him eat with publicans and sinners, they said unto his disciples, How is it that he eateth and drinketh with publicans and sinners?
17 When Jesus heard it, he saith unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. "
The Great Healer, Jesus Christ, has the power to heal in your life as well. Accept his gift, let him in.
